MODEL-1:–MANPOWER RECRUITMENT ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENTS
Objective

  • To provide our clients with best-of-the-breed personnel at affordable costs.
  • To manage the payroll and other personnel-related issues so as to help clients focus on their core competencies.

Offerings
Based on the business requirements of the clients, we would recruit personnel on our rolls. Such personnel will then be deputed to the client’s project at designated locations. Upon completion of the project, such personnel will be withdrawn from the site, or relocated to another project as per client’s directions.

Engagement Options
Option 1: Monthly salary based
Option 2: Hourly based

MODEL II – MANPOWER ASSIGNMENT
Objective

  • To provide our clients with best-of-the-breed personnel at affordable costs.
  • To manage the advertising and initial screening of candidates so as to help clients focus on their core competencies.

Offerings
Based on the business requirements of the clients we would provide the following services:

  • Preparing advertisement drafts and obtaining sign-off from the client.
  • Negotiating with leading newspapers.
  • Receiving candidate applications through various media, viz: facsimile, e-mail, postal mail.
  • Initial screening of applications.
  • Forwarding short-listed applications to clients based on predefined criteria.
  • Providing assistance in medical examinations, visa processing of candidates, when required.
